Three production bases, eleven lines, 0.65–1.75 g/cm³ in one plant, German forming equipment and a CNAS-certified laboratory.
Beijing Zhongjing Haizhu Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures fiber cement and calcium silicate board in three Chinese plants — Tianjin, Jiangsu and Guangdong — with 11 production lines and more than 60 million m² annual capacity. The board range covers 0.65–1.75 g/cm³ and 4–25 mm, classified EN 13501-1 A1/A2 and CE marked.

Most board plants specialise in one band. Running the whole curve is what lets a single source cover a whole project.
| Density | What the board is for | Manufacturing difficulty |
|---|---|---|
| 0.65 – 0.85 | Weight-critical walls, ceilings, soffits, transport and modular units where every kilogram of structure counts. | Fibre-rich formulation and tight forming tolerance to hold ≥10 MPa at a third less mass. |
| 1.0 – 1.4 | General partitions, linings, wet areas, the volume workhorse band. | Mature process, highest line speed, most competitive cost. |
| 1.45 – 1.6 | Exterior cladding, through-pigment boards, floors and heavy-duty panels. | Higher cement ratio and pressing force; colour consistency across batches. |
| 1.75 | Digital-print substrates: 4 mm decorative panels that must stay flat under cured ink and heat. | Dimensional stability at minimum thickness — the hardest band on the curve. |
Forming and coating equipment is imported. Board forming runs on WEHRHAHN (Germany) lines; the coating and finishing lines use CEFLA (Italy) technology. Forming pressure stability is what separates a board that holds tolerance across a shift from one that drifts.
Pulp is imported, not local. Cellulose fibre is sourced as imported Canadian softwood pulp rather than low-grade local fibre. Pulp is the component that carries flexural strength and toughness; substituting it is the fastest way to make a cheaper board and the fastest way to lose impact resistance.
Cement and silica are bought to specification, not to price. Raw material is accepted against a specification sheet, so a batch that fails is rejected at the gate rather than compensated for in the mix.
Every batch is tested in-house. The CNAS-certified laboratory runs 300+ pieces of equipment and covers density, flexural strength, screw holding, water absorption, freeze–thaw and fire classification. Third-party reports for CE and EN 13501-1 are issued against the same production.
Standards work is part of the job. The company co-authored 4 national standards, 6 industry standards and 5 local standards, and holds 70+ patents on composition, process and application.

| Ask for | A real manufacturer answers with |
|---|---|
| Production line list | Line count by product type, forming technology and annual capacity per base — specific enough to be checked in a video call. |
| Raw material source | Pulp grade and origin, cement and silica specifications, and what happens to a failing batch. |
| Test reports, not claims | CE Declaration of Performance, EN 13501-1 classification report, and the in-house lab sheet for the batch you are buying. |
| Density and thickness tolerance | A number with a tolerance band, written into the proforma invoice — not “standard”. |
| Factory video, live | A walk-through of forming, autoclave, trimming and packing on the line that will run your order. |
| Custom run record | Previous custom density, colour or sheet-size runs, with the batch reservation method explained. |
Board can be produced to a customer's own density, thickness, sheet size, edge profile, surface finish and colour, and packed under the buyer's brand. Minimum for a custom run is 1,000 sheets; standard board ships from one container.
Digital-print substrates are the usual starting point for private label: a 4 mm, 1.75 g/cm³ panel printed with the buyer's own stone or timber decor, delivered as a finished decorative product rather than a raw board.
Documentation is handled in-house: CE Declaration of Performance, test reports, packing list and loading plan, all issued against the actual production batch.
Three: Tianjin in the north, Jiangsu in the east and Guangdong in the south, with 11 production lines in total and more than 60 million m² of annual capacity.
Yes. The base board lines cover 0.65–1.75 g/cm³ and 4–25 mm, which is unusual: most plants run either a lightweight band or a commodity medium band. It means a project can source substrate, cladding and printed decorative board from one quality system.
Board forming uses WEHRHAHN equipment from Germany; coating and finishing lines use CEFLA technology from Italy. Both are chosen for pressure and coating thickness stability across long runs.
Yes — imported Canadian softwood pulp is used instead of low-grade local fibre. Pulp drives flexural strength and impact resistance, so it is the last place to cut cost.
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, CE marking, EN 13501-1 A1/A2 fire classification, French A+ indoor air quality, China Green Building three-star and ENF formaldehyde grade. Flat sheet performance follows BS EN 12467.
Yes. Buyers and specifiers are welcome to visit, and remote audits over live video are arranged on request. Free samples are available with freight on the buyer's account.
